EXPERIENCE
Wong has more than 16 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) Management, which involves the whole spectrum of HR like hiring, staff welfare & compensation, payroll and compliance with the Employment Act. With her experience, Wong has established the HR Policy & Procedures for NBS.

Before joining NBS, Wong completed her studies in Accounting at the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Now, Wong also oversees the Accounts & Administration Department. She handles a full set of accounts, financial reporting and external auditing. She supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the Accounts Department. Besides that, she is responsible to make sure that the company submits all types of taxation, i.e. GST, WHT & etc, in a timely manner.

Wong started her career at Wonder Snow Sdn Bhd in 2001, specializing in Human Resource Management. She was recruited by NBS in 2012. Over the years, Wong and her team have always been improving the operations of the IP procedures in order to provide the best services to clients. She also has 7 years of experience in local trademark registrations. She is familiar with all processes involving local trademark registrations. Thus, she oversees the procedural team to ensure that day-to-day operations are smooth.
