Prior to joining the intellectual property industry, Sharley specialized in handling cash and credit flows, managing transaction records, and providing customer service. After joining NBS Intellectual Sdn. Bhd. in 2011, she has attended multiple seminars and trainings organized by the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) to improve her skills in IP field.

She has over 6 years of experience as an administrative professional, with expertise in managing application procedures of intellectual property rights filed locally and abroad on behalf of local and foreign clients. Sharley has attained credible performance in managing scheduled tasks. Beyond that, she always ensures that clients are provided with the best services within her capabilities and hopes to maintain long-term business relations with clients. As an optimistic and down-to-earth person, Sharley seeks to enrich her knowledge and improve interpersonal skills through her career.
