QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Computer Science (Software Engineering) with honors

EXPERIENCE
Izu holds an Honours Degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from University Malaysia Pahang (UMP). Her interest and excellence in Mathematics and Computer Science has led to her pursuit in Software Engineering and programming. Izu was also very active in co-curriculum, as a representative in debating and netball.

During her studies, she has established a forte in artificial intelligence. There, she has developed a skill sets not only in programming, but also in handling projects. She is a good team player and is eager to learn new things by incorporating her skill set in the intellectual property industry.

At NBS Intellectual Sdn Bhd, she is responsible in performing novelty search for new inventions, drafting patent documents, managing patent portfolios and performing patent filings. Other than that, she is also handling patent queries and cost estimates. Izu also responsible in conducting other analyses like freedom-to-operate search, infringement analysis, landscape search, equivalent patent search and legal status research.

Izu hopes to become a patent expert to be able to assist clients in handling various cases not only for patents, but also other types of intellectual property.
