EXPERIENCE
Anisha Kaur is currently wearing the hat of senior legal advisor in NBS. She read law in Brickfields Asia College and is a registered trademark agent with the Malaysian Intellectual Property Cooperation of Malaysia (MYIPO).

Over the years, she has specialised, assisted and advised clients in various contentious and non-contentious IP matters. She has been continuously exposed to various contentious IP matters such as trademark and copyright infringement actions locally and internationally, invalidation and revocation action in Malaysia. Anisha has actively participated in various talks including among others from MYIPO, APAA and University Malaya and collaborated with CLJ to name a few. She has experience in delivering talks to other organizations and colleges. Anisha also has experience in providing training to other members of the firm. Her area of proficiency among others includes on the registration of trademark in Malaysia and other countries, how to copyright your creation, overview of patent and industrial design and how to create an effective brand name.

Anisha was also exposed in creating cooperation and engagement with other IP firms from other parts of the world to further expand IP connections and knowledge.

Anisha is a firm believer of the golden words of Mark Getty – “Intellectual Property is the oil of the 21st century”.
