• Trademark Filing an Application / Examination
  To prepare, execute and file your trademark application to Indonesia Trademark Registry. (Duration: Approximately 1 weeks)
• Trademark Publication
  Once the trademark application is filed, it will undergo a formality examination and will subsequently be published for opposition for a period of 2 months. If no opposition is filed during this period, the Indonesian Trademark Registry will proceed with the substantive examination of the trademark application.
• Registration
  Once the substantive examination is completed (typically within 3–5 months), the Indonesian Trademark Registry will accept the application and issue a registration certificate to the applicant.
