Syahidah is currently working as a Procedural Assistant. She has a background in Human Resources from her previous role at a MNC corporation and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Although new to the field of IP, her experience in managing client needs and supporting organizational processes has helped her transition smoothly into this role.

Syahidah is committed to applying her organizational and communication skills to contribute to the team’s success. She believes in the value of hard work, continuous learning, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Always looking to improve, she strives to build her knowledge in IP and support her colleagues and clients as best as she can.
