📌 There are three types of licensing agreements depending on the number of licensees that can be utilized:
➡️ Exclusive license: a single licensee has the right to use the trademark, which cannot even be used by the trademark owner;
➡️ Sole license: a single licensee and the trademark owner have the right to use the trademark; and
➡️ Non-exclusive license: several licensees and the trademark owner have the right to use the trademark.
