📢 MEMOJI – it turns out the trademark does not belong to Apple after all. Last year, Atlanta-based company Social Technologies LLC the original owner of the MEMOJI trademark filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. accusing them for falsely indicating that it holds the Memoji trademark in the US. Previously, Apple has included MEMOJI® in its US website. Apple has since replaced MEMOJI® with Memoji™ on its trademark list.
