🔸 In one of the strangest trademark lawsuits, Hershey Co., a chocolate giant sued a Colorado marijuana edible company for making four pot-infused candies that closely resemble its iconic products. Hershey Co. had alleged that TinctureBelle’s Ganja Jay, Hasheath, Hashees and Dabby Patty mimic their Almond Joy, Heath, Reese’s peanut-butter cups and York peppermint paper candies. A settlement was reached and TinctureBelle was ordered to stop using the infringed names and to use Hersey’s brown, yellow and orange colouring for its future products.
