Just recently, Apple Inc. filed a notice of opposition against Silver Apple Inc.ā€™s application to register a namesake trade mark. Apple Inc. argues that the registration of the SilverAppleā€™s trade mark will likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception that will dilute the Appleā€™s famous trade mark.
