EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has dismissed the appeal by Iceland Foods for use of the Iceland mark, which saw the Icelandic government invalidating the retailers use of the Iceland trademark on grounds of describing the retailerโ€™s product as being Icelandic in nature.
