Stone Brewing was awarded 56 million USD in trademark infringement case against Molson Coors. In 2017, Molson Coors was sued by Stone Brewing for using the word ‘STONE’ on their products which Stone Brewing had alleged that it will confuse the consumers and had costed them millions of dollars of losses.
