🗓️ In 2018, Tencent Holdings, the parent company of Riot Games, won a lawsuit against Moonton Technology’s CEO, XuZhenhua and was awarded 19.4 million Chinese Yuan ($2.9 million). Moonton Technology is the developer of Mobile Legends, a popular mobile game.

🎮 Other than the similarity of the logos “League of Legends” and “Mobile Legends”, Riot Games showed a number of in-game comparisons, it stated that “some of the champions, their descriptions, their abilities, ability descriptions, the map, and other assets were strikingly similar”.
