📰 It was ruled by a three-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organisation that Parisi had no legitimate interested in respect of the name and he had been using the domain name in bad faith even though the site contained a disclaimer stating that his site was not affiliated to or endorsed by the Catholic Church, Madonna College or Madonna the singer.

📢 The panel was of the view that Mr Parisi was trying to attract users for commercial gain by passing off or trading on the famous singer’s trademark even though Mr Parisi registered and obtain the domain name on good faith for value.
