The Swiss Government Agency “Armasuisse” has won a trademark case in the Indian Court against an Indian garment manufacturer.
The stance by Armasuisse was that use of the white cross on a black background was not an issue but inclusion of the word Swiss Military, could be seen as being misconstruing
