๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents or the Apostille Convention, is an international treaty drafted by the Hague Conference on Private International Law. It is a treaty signed between member states to speed up the certification process whereby a document issued in one of the signatory countries can be accepted in all other signatory states to speed up the legal process, removing the need for double certification.
