📰 Eminem once launched a legal action against a British website, Eminemmobile.com that sells mobile phone ringtones. The website owned by Visitair Ltd. Eminenmobile.com had published Eminem’s trademark logo, sold ringtones of his hit songs, including Stan and The Real Slim Shady, and picture messages using his image without his permission. Through WIPO, it was ruled that the domain had been registered in an effort to profit from Eminem’s fame and amount to cybersquatting. Subsequently, the domain name was pass to Eminem.
