👂 Most people have had heard of ‘international trademark’, but not many have fully comprehended the meaning behind this word. As mentioned and advised to many of our clients, the term ‘international trademark’ does not equals to a worldwide protection of a single trademark or brand, as there is no such thing as worldwide protection due to the territorial nature of an IP and the difference in terms of laws and regulations in different jurisdictions.
