Mattel Inc, who owns the trademark rights for Barbie doll, has filed a lawsuit against Rapsnacks and alleges that the snack company has misused the Barbie doll trademark for promoting and selling Nicki Minaj theme chips called Barbie-Que Honey Truffle without Mattel’s permission for use of the trademark.
