Although in IP all the rights have to vested to the real owner, the ownership during the term of employment may deviate from the general concept. This is because, more often than not, the enterprise will include clauses that will often read;
Clause; During the course of employment, all Intellectual Property that arises shall rightfully belong to the Company.
However, there are circumstances (especially when inventors are employed) where the enterprise will negotiate on the percentage of ownership owned by the employee.
